What do you need to fuzing?

You need:

Fuze, our beautiful Spetsnaz
Keyboard (unless you have the button(s) in your mouse)
Mouse
Banana (They taste good and are healthy)
Sense of art

Does it matter what map are you in?

No
You can always put your fuzing thing to barricade if all the walls are reinforced. You can also fuze from above. Of course, the fuzing is easier in some maps like the house or the bank.

I would say that put it as high as you can. The more far the exploding bomb things fly, the better chance you have hitting the target.
