I recommend looking up a tutorial on how to download, just subscribing won't be enough. You need to extract the vpk file using GCFScape and put the bik file into the game folder.

You still need to replace the bik files on your game though (Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media)

Left 4 Dead 2 has 5 different main menus that gets randomly chosen as you open the game, you can choose to make this menu all 5 copies, or have 5 different main menus
If you want this main menu to show up 100% of the time then make 5 copies, rename them all, and replace them (you can backup the vanilla files if you want)

In case the audio gets messed up go into steam/steamapps/common/Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2/sound/music/l4d2 and delete all the files there (you can make a backup of it if you want)
