Descripción
Depth Guard (Pistols) - Close-quarters infantry who'll fire off a round or two before getting stuck in
Deck Snatchers - Flying assault bats
Depth Knights - Cavalry of the monstrous variety (benefit from Rotting Promethean skills)
Deck Droppers (Hand Cannons) - Flying missile units that'll shred and be shredded at close range
Necrofex Colossus (Shrapnel Cannon) - A Necrofex Colossus with a shotgun
Necrofex Colossus (Unholy Rockets) - A Necrofex Colossus that shoots explosive rockets
Bat Mortar - Mortar that fires Shieldbreaking bats cages
Corpse Cannon - Shoots corpse balls that cause discouraged
Deck Burners - Suggestion from rossco437, Deck Gunners that shoot Salamander fire blasts, inflict burnt. Which its honestly weird that regular Salamanders don't. I may mod that.

Really, what tZPotVC were missing was cavalry. Or rather, crabalry. The Depth Guard are likely of the lines of Abhorash and Vashanesh - known for their horsemanship and mastery over animals respectively, so it seems possible that they would ride Prometheans into battle.

They have a neat little ability that lets them move faster around the battlefield.

Anyway, that's my reasoning and I'm sticking to it.

Now with more additions: Deck Snatchers are angry Deck Dropper bats that fly around attacking people, the Corpse Cannon shoots Corpse Balls, the Bat Mortar launches cages of bats that shieldbreak. Enjoy!

Added in Deck Droppers (handcannons). Very powerful at short range, but will drop like flies.

Added in Depth Guard (Pistols). Imagine if Free Company Militia were vampires.

The two Necrofex Colossi are rescues of two older mods by somebody who as far as I can tell is called Yez. I downloaded them ages ago, and was surprised to find they've disappeared from here. They were too good to lose. if Yez wants me to take them down, I will.

Great mod! I hope you bring it over to Warhammer 3's Immortal Empires

@Blazindragon

That's way out of my capabilities I'm afraid.

Any chance we could get the Animated Figurehead as a melee giant construct by somehow using the dryad model or a Bone Hydra with a death breath attack or something?

@Singemeister
Agreed, it would work well with deck gunners and using salamander-style flame blobs. The lore also describes the zombies working in teams of two to three as well, need me to paste in the section from the wiki? (also thanks for responding to the previous comment so fast!)

@rossco437
Possibly, it could work with the Deck Gunners. Not sure about the animations, might work better if they use salamander-style flame blobs as opposed to irondrake-style spouts

Any chance of making a cannon (or weapon team) that fires flame? Harkon used makeshift flamethrowers (basically salamander bladders) in the Battle of the Mortis Delta (though that is end times lore so feel free to ignore this post if that's not you thing).

Btw great job with the necrofex variants, the unholy rockets are just glorious! (Arrrrrrrr!)

Thank you so much for adding the Necrofex variants I remember those and seeing them disappear was a hard lesson in making sure my mods are backed up.

Where do you recruit the Depth Guard Pistols from? I can use them in custom battles but can't find them anywhere in campaign mode.
