what's with the limited civs?

Alright, not sure if someone is still following this mod, but I'll try anyway.
I randomly played this and had a lot of fun. Unfortunately this doesn't appear to be playable after a certain point. On the small islands maps, the enemies that spawn on water can just walk on it, perhaps they should be given the Embark perk from the start. On the big island, the game crashes on the turn where I reached classical era (not sure if it's related)

For me, the difficulties will not appear, I can't change my civ, and the start button does nothing. Maybe it's because I'm on too old a laptop?

Although it's quite rough around the edges this is a very fun experience and an enjoyable concept that could be expanded on to great effect.

How can you play as your modded civs?

Why can the enemy walk on water?

Of course

Yes, there was something like this in Civ 4 but my mod is better!

It's definitely a civ v mod
