Overthrow the king!
Defeat the Golem King
This will be obtained once you have defeated the Golem Dungeon Boss.
Prune the plant!
Defeat Carnivurous Mutae
This will be obtained once you have defeated the Forest Dungeon Boss.
Behead the snake!
Defeat Naja
This will be obtained once you have defeated the Desert Dungeon Boss.
Unplug the energy!
Defeat Energy Flux
This will be obtained once you have defeated the Technology Dungeon Boss.
Perfect Golem King
Perfect Golem King
If you manage to complete the Golem King Boss Fight without getting hit you will pick up the perfect achievement.
Perfect Carnivurous Mutae
Perfect Carnivurous Mutae
If you manage to complete the Carnivurous Mutae Boss Fight without getting hit you will pick up the perfect achievement.
Perfect Naja
Perfect Naja
If you manage to complete the Naja Boss Fight without getting hit you will pick up the perfect achievement.
Perfect Energy Flux
Perfect Energy Flux
If you manage to complete the Energy Flux Boss Fight without getting hit you will pick up the perfect achievement.
Janitor
Kill all bosses with the broom
This one can be a little difficult, but is unlocked by using the broom to land the finishing blow to all four of the dungeon bosses in a single playthrough. Of course, using a main weapon to weaken the boss before you finish it with the broom is the most optimal way.
Hero or Merchant?
Discover the mystery of the 5th door
Unlock the mystery, unlock the achievement.
Improve Yourself
Defeat Evil Will
One of the new minibosses added in the DLC is "Evil Will". He is located inside of the main Wanderer Dungeon. If you manage to defeat Evil Will you will pick up this achievement.
Greed is Over
Beat the Boss of the New Portal
Once you reach the end of the Wanderer Dungeon (10th Floor), you will face the final boss. If you manage to defeat this boss you will pick up this achievement.
Careful Merchant
Complete the game under 40 deaths
If you manage to kill the final boss before dying a total of fourty times, you will unlock this achievement.
Gotta go fast!
Beat Game Under 10 hours
You will unlock this achievement if you manage to beat the boss inside of the Unknown Dungeon in before ten hours played in the current playthrough.

Archeologist
Read All Crazy Pete Notes
Read all notes you find scattered throughout the dungeons. They have a little sparkle to them.
Special Place
Arrive at Crazy Pete place
I unlocked this achievement randomly, so I am unable to describe what Crazy Pete's place looks like. In the comment section to this guide, a few have said that they unlocked it by touching the corner (makeshift bathroom) in Crazy Pete's place. If somebody could provide MORE information, or a screenshot/clip that would be greatly appreciated.
No Secrets
Find a secret room 10 times.
Secret rooms are shown by sparkles inside of a pit. If you stumble into one instead of taking fall damage you will be taken to a secret room.
Horde Mode
Defeat four Waves of enemies in a Wave room
This is a secret room achievement. If you manage to get this secret room you have to progress through waves to unlock this achievement. To start a new wave hold the action key on top of the pillar. Getting to the fourth wave is the perfect way to get a guaranteed pink chest.
Healthcare System
Take potions from breakables 20 times
Breaking vases, rocks, adventurer remains, etc. can provide you with healing potions. Get 20 to unlock this achievement.
Rage against the Golems
Kill Golem Enemies 1000 Times
This can be quite the grind if you find the game fairly simple. You must return to the golem dungeon enough times to unlock this achievement.
Rage against the Forest
Kill Forest Enemies 1000 Times
This can be quite the grind if you find the game fairly simple. You must return to the forest dungeon enough times to unlock this achievement.
Rage against the Desert
Kill Desert Enemies 1000 Times
This can be quite the grind if you find the game fairly simple. You must return to the desert dungeon enough times to unlock this achievement.
Rage against the Machinery
Kill Tech Enemies 1000 Times
This can be quite the grind if you find the game fairly simple. You must return to the tech dungeon enough times to unlock this achievement.
Golem Apasionate
Arrive to the third floor of the Golem Dungeon 10 times
This can be quite the grind if you find the game fairly simple. You must return to the golem dungeon enough times to unlock this achievement.
Forest Apasionate
Arrive to the third floor of the Forest Dungeon 10 times
This can be quite the grind if you find the game fairly simple. You must return to the forest dungeon enough times to unlock this achievement.
Desert Apasionate
Arrive to the third floor of the Desert Dungeon 10 times
This can be quite the grind if you find the game fairly simple. You must return to the desert dungeon enough times to unlock this achievement.
Tech Apasionate
Arrive to the third floor of the Tech Dungeon 10 times
This can be quite the grind if you find the game fairly simple. You must return to the tech dungeon enough times to unlock this achievement.

Exterminator
Kill 100 bugs
Inside of the dungeons you will find passive bugs walking along the ground. Walk over top of them to smash them. Once you have smashed 100 bugs you will unlock the achievement.
Going for supplies...
Use the Catalyst in the room before the boss room
Use the Merchant Catalyst in the room directly before a boss fight. A great way to prepare for the fight and dump the loot you have.
There is no avarice without penalty
Die with the inventory full of items
Pretty simple, should happen to you soon enough. If not, you know what to do.
Savage!
Kill a total of 10000 enemies
This can be quite the grind if you find the game fairly simple. You must kill 10000 enemies in any of the dungeons combined to unlock this achievement.
Scribe
Complete the Notebook
This will be unlocked once you have found 100 of the items in the labeled dungeon sections. You DO NOT need to find all of the Merchant items to unlock this achievement.
Strange Weapon
Get your first Trick Weapon
While exploring the original four dungeons you will notice a green blob forming over pits, if you hop into the pit you will access a secret room with a portal to the Wanderer Dungeon (Note: This is not the main Wanderer Dungeon) You get one out of the Dimensional Chest after defeating a boss in this branch of the Wanderer Dungeon. Trick weapons can be charged with the power attack, but be warned you will use health points to do more damage with the weapon during this power attack.
Trick Weapon Collector
Get all Trick Weapons from the Dimensional Watcher
There is a bunch of new weapons added in this DLC, 10 in total according the wiki. If you check out your journal you can find the section with the trick weapons in it. After collecting ALL ten of the trick weapons you will receive this achievement.
A Bigger Family
Get all DLC companions
There are six different familiars that have been added in this DLC. One from each of the original dungeons, all of the familiars from these dungeons are the different elemental slimes. Two of the new familiars are located in the main Wanderer Dungeon. One of them is the creature that has a spiked ball and chain and the other is the creature that has a gas cloud attack.
Second Floor
Build the elevator to the second floor
Once you have accessed the main Wanderer Dungeon, you will find a room at the end of the second floor that has three vendors inside. One of the vendors will allow you to sacrifice two Cursed items, some money, and the new currency in order to open a portal to the second floor of the Wanderer Dungeon.
Fourth Floor
Build the elevator to the fourth floor
Once you have accessed the main Wanderer Dungeon, you will find a room at the end of the fourth floor that has three vendors inside. One of the vendors will allow you to sacrifice two Cursed items, some money, and the new currency in order to open a portal to the fourth floor of the Wanderer Dungeon.
Sixth Floor
Build the elevator to the sixth floor
Once you have accessed the main Wanderer Dungeon, you will find a room at the end of the sixth floor that has three vendors inside. One of the vendors will allow you to sacrifice two Cursed items, some money, and the new currency in order to open a portal to the sixth floor of the Wanderer Dungeon.
Eight Floor
Build the elevator to the eight floor
Once you have accessed the main Wanderer Dungeon, you will find a room at the end of the eighth floor that has three vendors inside. One of the vendors will allow you to sacrifice two Cursed items, some money, and the new currency in order to open a portal to the eighth floor of the Wanderer Dungeon.

Upgrade your shop to the last version
Using the town board, upgrade your shop to the final version.
Wasteful Merchant
Buy more than 10 items on Le Retalier
Purchase ten items from Le Retalier store in the top left corner of the town. Once you've picked up an item once you'll be able to purchase it from the merchant.
It takes a thief to catch a thief
Earn money from the Banker 5 times.
Banker is pretty simple way to make quick money. Each month has four repeating weeks, meaning that all four Mondays in the month of May will be the same amount of interest. On the last day before the first week of the month place a small amount of gold into the banker. Follow that gold through the week and jot down the interest totals for each day. For this example we'll say that Wednesday has the best interest with 32%. The next three weeks you would place as much money as you would like into the banker and pull out each Wednesday. If you successfully get money from the banker five times you will unlock this achievement.
Decorative Mind
Buy all decorative Items
After the purchase of the Hawker you will be able to use decorative items inside of your shop. Once you can purchase all of them you can unlock this achievement. Note that you must unlock more decorations by progressing through the game.

Get money from a tree once
Swing your weapons at nearby trees while in town for a chance to get money.
Really?!?
Earn money from trees 100 times
Swing your weapons at nearby trees while in town for a chance to get money.
Slime Protection Service
Hit the slime of the Witch 42 times
Go up and around the Witch's Potion and Enchantment Hut to hit the slime.
Rynoka's Major!
Buy all improvements in the Town Board
Once you have purchased 100% of the improvements in the town you will unlock this achievement.

Description
Distracted Merchant
Make 20 visitors abandon your shop
If you do not sell an item to a customer waiting in the queue, they will walk out with your item. Let this happen twenty times to unlock this achievement.
Evil Merchant
Sell 20 items slightly overpriced
Rip off twenty customers by having a price higher than the perfect price to unlock this achievement.
Good Merchant
Sell 20 items for the perfect price
Sell twenty items at the perfect price to unlock this achievement.
Naive Merchant
Sell 40 items really cheap
Sell fourty items at a really cheap price means less than perfect price. Do this fourty times to unlock this achievement.
Scammer
Receive 60 really expensive valorations
Upset sixty customers with your prices to unlock this achievement.

Distant Warrior
Craft All Bows
Unlocked after crafting 100% of the bow and arrow weapons in the first playthrough.
Inter-Dimensional Blacksmith
Craft your first ICT weapon
When you reach the second, fourth, sixth, and eighth floor of the DLC Dungeon (Wanderer Dungeon) you will come across three vendors. One of the vendors is a Blacksmith for the new weapons. Collect a weapon blueprint from the Wanderer Dungeon and return to this vendor. Craft a weapon and you will unlock the achievement.

This will unlock once you have a total of 5000 in your gold sack at one time.
Saver+
Have a quantity of gold bigger than 50000
This will unlock once you have a total of 50000 in your gold sack at one time.

This will unlock once you have a total of 100000 in your gold sack at one time.
Greedy
Have a quantity of gold bigger than 1000000

Complete all achievements
Pretty self explanatory, once you unlock all achievements you will unlock this one. On occasion, people have to go to the main menu, or reload their game in order to get the achievement to unlock. This achievement was part of the base game, so you will not need to own or complete the DLC in order to get this achievement.

Welcome to the end of the guide!
Unfortunately, there are no achievements for companions or New Game+, but if they are ever added into the game I will update this guide. Also will update for the DLC, if achievements are added.

The description for the Savage achievement is incorrect

I have got everything else expect for the Bankers one, I did earned money from the banker no less than 5 times, but none of those count, not sure what is the reason :/

This game is incredibly frustrating to get all its achievements... That's a big turn off for me. It's not the difficulty, it's the grinding.

you get the special place achievment when touching the top right corner of the room where you read pete`s notes

Achievement "Distracted merchant" is not possible once you get helper in your shop (pre-final and final upgrade) since she will automaticly serve customers but items will be sold half the labeled price

@Hamactus You just gotta own every step of each weapon at some point, from my experience. There were times where I found something like the poison gauntlets, and used that to finish out that path.

I did make the steps prior to what I picked up to be sure (and not sure if THAT is necessary), but my Weaponmaster achievement popped fine despite technically not crafting everything.

In case anyone still wondering if you can get everything in a single playthrough - the answer is "yes". The game doesn't end when you open "The 5th Dungeon" and continues into "Between Dimensions" storyline, so you can go for "less than 40 deaths" and "less than 10 hours" run, and after completing the main story and getting them - grind the rest of the achievements.
