Welcome to Tel Yagrum,the last surviving Telvanni mushroom house in the lands of Skyrim.
Situated north east of Morthal this majestic mushroom towers over its surroundings,containing all the amenities an adventurer could need including all types of crafting,a custom companion and plenty of storage as well as many fantastic aesthetic features including new static objects not seen in the vanilla game. REQUIRES DRAGONBORN AND HEARTHFIRE

There are currently 18 safe containers in Tel Yagrum (this is all of them) including 5 custom containers which are a potions chest,ingredient shelves,a key holder,a smithing chest and a junk chest,there are also 5 book cases.

8 Mannequins,6 weapon racks,7 display cases a plaque and a dragon priest altar for showing off your prized possessions.

A custom companion by the name of Nanaki,a young,talking,snowy sabre cat,he is essential,he levels along with you,doesnt affect stealth meters,will wait at a designated area when told to,he will also carry your goods and attack any one you command him to.There is a very short book inside Tel Yagrum which briefly explains why he can talk,a clue to the previous owners where abouts is in the same location.

Alchemy,enchanting,cooking and staff crafting stations are all available inside and there is a blacksmith forge with everything except a smelter housed in the secondary smaller mushroom outside the main house.

One of the rooms contains a night time herb garden with many types of herb,all of which grow back.

A player owned bed with well rested bonuses.

A full miniature set of working doomstones.

A spider Imbuing station and some recipes.

The latest update includes a small guest house on the grounds of Tel Yagrum where up to 3 companions can live if using the"Your home is my home" mod available on the skyrim nexus http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/18045/?
The home has three beds and has 3 safe containers inside which you can use,there are also two weapon racks and a cooking pot.
