First of all, spend all of your money/time for cases and pray that you'll get the ,Catchpole II' heroic skin :^). After that, you have to unlock the right attachments (steady aim, rapid fire and incendiary shells)

Play until prestige 2 to activate the kill counter.

The most important part of this guide

You are close to be a perfect player with a beautiful KDR. Now you just have to spend your money/time again until you get the ,salty charm' in heroic! Let you're enemys suffer. The ,saltlevel' has to grow.
