The Sin'dorei seek their vengeance in Civilization 5! Requires the Gods and Kings expansion, and is compatible with Brave New World!

The Blood Elves can build the Spell Breaker, a Swordsman replacement that absorbs the energy of it's foes when they die, healing himself.

They can also build the Sanctuary of the Stars, a University replacement that generates additional culture.

They have the Unique Ability 'Arcane Birthright' which grants a boost to culture and science for every 5 citizens in a city, however they gain extra unhappiness from each new city.

Mike, try going through the mod activation menue and continue in the bottom right to make a game through there.

Personally would have preferred Kael'Thas as the racial leader, but still a great mod.
