Fire Emblem - Duke Hardin of Aurelis

UA: Champions of Aurelis - Upon Liberating a city, gain a Delegate for use in the World Congress. All units gain a 25% combat bonus when fighting in the territory of a foregin city not owned by the original owner (not counting cities you have conquered). Mounted units gain double movement when in forests.

UU: Wolfguard - Slightly weaker than the Longswordsman, which it replaces. The Wolfguard costs less to produce than the Longswordsman, but also requires horses to produce. The Wolfguard do not recieve the usual penalty when attacking cities that mounted units usually do, and they also gain a 25% benefit when fighting in plains.

UI: Wolf Pack - Must be built on flatland. Can improve Deer, Fur, and Ivory. Provides the same benefits as camps, as well as providing +2 Culture and 15% defense. Can be built outside of friendly territory.
