This mod makes the norman culture more likely to appear, which can be useful when playing in the 769 and 867 start dates. The mod can be enabled and disabled midgame.

In vanilla the norman culture can only appear if a norse or norman character own a french, occitan or breton province. With this mod this is expanded to include most latin speaking cultures (italian, portuguese etc, only exception is outremer), as well as the germannic cultures in Iberia, Italy and France (frankish, suebi, lombard and visigothic).

Normans will not appear if a norse character own a andalusian or greek province, even if it is located in Iberia or Italy. The mod should be compatible with most mods as long as they don't change the melting pot mechanics for cultures added in The Old Gods.
