This is only a white color variations of University City Frat House 2 that I used for my golf course club house in Paradise Valley. In fact, I didn't even change the name of the asset. So if you're looking for it in-game via find it, search for U-City Frat House 2-pv. It can be used for lots of different purposes including a university building, nursing home, apartments, town hall, etc.
