Spring has sprung... Water up them flowers!

Yes, it's paintable!!!

I've had quite a few requests to make the spout removeable, to make the can spawn red and on the have it spawn on the floor instead of at waist.

So to fill both orders I've created a 2nd model so I don't screw up projects that have already been started with the first one.

Materials and Textures have changed slightly, I've fixed the model from spawning green and I've fixed the bumpmap.

The watercan.mdl here is the first can I released, it spawns as if the character is pouring it using the left hand. The spout is not removeable.

The watercan2 is the new model that spawns on the floor and spout is removeable.

Other than the bip_spout bone in the 2nd can, both models use the exact same bones, with the same rotations and they both use the same materials and textures, so you should be able to switch them out with little effort if you want to.

Only one Material and Paintable texture is used for both watercans.

Hey jack, is the spout a bodygroup? As in can that tip of the watering can be removed or be hidden?

Nice work! I love random models like this, because you never know when you need them. :cozytf2mug:

I'm more a model guy, particles aren't my thing, so that is something you'll have to watch for.

Heh, now all I need is a particle that matches water going down from a condensed area. Then it will be complete.
