Be sure to make sure you have a fellow Wortox on the server.

This is a hard thing to do, but you have to do this in order to play as Wes. Be sure not to be tempted from the other characters. While Wes is selected, you can dress him up if you want to.

You have to right click your balloon in your inventory to summon a balloon, Then, get the Wortox close to it and destroy it. It will drop a soul. Realize it means you can spam balloons to make any Wortox on the server come to you for your infinite bank of souls that only cost 5 sanity (but you dont need sanity in the first place tbh).

You can also do this in your local desert, where you can find cacti, which when cooked, heals 15 sanity for more balloons. You can then use Wortox's healing, Sanity recovery, and the souls dropped from balloons, to make a effective soul farm. You should base in desert anyways because it is better than Pig King. Always.
