Blast Pro Series Standoff 2019 Edition

Updates i need to work on:
- Surfing on front and back of the map. (DONE)
- Make surfing faces more horizontal so it's possible to surf on. (DONE)
- Lightning (It's way too dark). (DONE)
- Heaven fallling boxes has different design than those twitch boxes has on ground (DONE)
- Create the city around the map. With omen+sky signs. And also blast logo on top of the highest building. (DONE)
- Remove the hole between the surf faces in front/back of the map + add sky omen and betway sponsor on them. (DONE)
- Lower the white face when you want to surf, it's hard to come back on site because of the white face is too high. (DONE)

- Make heaven boxes give damage.
- Skybox has a bug
- Lightning is bright and shadow needs to be flat.
