@Cheesecakeonfire: verify the files to make sure you're not missing anything. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling/reinstalling the game. and if THAT doesn't work, ask steam for a refund. Contrary to popular belief, they do give refunds as long as you don't have like 2 hrs playing time or something weird. I've gotten 2 refunds and 1 preorder cancelled by asking. Just ask nicely and they'll most likely do it. And explain you tried verifying/reinstalling otherwise they just tell you to do that.

This really makes me sad, because I bought and downloaded the game, but whenever I try to play, the box that says the game is loading comes up, but nothing happens. Than my steam status says i'm online and I can't play this game that I think I wasted $30 on.
