Tunnel Boring Machine (Mexpex Heavy Mining Drill)

Inspired by OctoMoose`s Tunnel Boring Machine, I wanted to make one utilizing Mexpex`s awesome Heavy Mining Drill. Rather than modifying the existing tunnel boring machine, I decided to make one from scratch that fit better with the heavy drill.

The drill uses merge blocks and an upside down "walking" mechanism to move and may be a bit unstable when hanging from the pistons. It automatically welds its own movement rail with conveyors, and creates a tunnel behind it.

Currently just a test of the mechanism, and can probably be improved.

The control buttons are:
1 - Start/stop the drill
2 - Start the walking mechanism
3 - Enable/disable the tunnelmaker
4 - Enable/disable the walking mechanism (Will stop before next "step")
