Last year I had a chance to review Battletech, ok so that one didn’t go so well.  Well, the review went fine, but it didn’t get viewed so much, but I mean, OK it got 85 views.  This time, however, I’m more prepared, I have a little more time under my belt with doing Game Reviews and personally I am happy to have the opportunity to review the Battletech: Flashpoint DLC.

I will have to say, I loved the Battletech game that came out in 2018, and the Flashpoint DLC is already worth every penny.  Taking the opportunity to replay the core game a second time made my original purchase all the better since it has now been played twice.   The little bit of Flashpoint I’ve seen has already told proven to me that the $19.99 I would have spent would have been well worth it.

The three new Mechs that get included in the core gameplay are great, but, the small story vignettes that the Flashpoint presents are great.   Having some options to pick what you want to do, having to do consecutive drops, all make the game better.

If you want to know more, just ask.  I can always jump on Twich and do a show about Flashpoints if the interest is there.
