Scarlet Nightmare Patch

This mod fixes the incompatibility between Scarlet Ruins and the Nightmare Mod in regards to quest generation. I suspect the item pools will not work as intended, but I haven't tested it yet, same with balancing (which I'm probably not capable of fixing.) This mod treats lvl 7 missions like long lvl 6 missions in when spawning Scarlet Ruins trinkets (I think?)
Your game may or may not explode.
Note: as of the current version, lvl 7 shard quests will occasionally spawn, which don't work properly. I'm not sure what fixing that would entail, so I'll look at it later.
