New Commanders Version 8.0

Now with a cheat menu, accessed via selecting new Commanders Cheats (Annihilation) win condition.

Also with various bug fixes.

Please note, that the following mod is work in progress. This mod is also a little bit different!

Firstly it functions as a Win Condition pack. The Balance Modders have done this so that these new commanders can be played alongside existing commanders, for easier testing purposes.

A big shout out to Janne252 for his wizardly SCAR skills, as well as to Miragefla and Planetsmasher for their hard work on the implementation. Please bare in mind that items will be changed based on testing and feedback.

Computer AI can't build advanced buildings

as a mostly Co-op player, I am not fully able to aprecciate this mod as the A.I. does not build any structures, probably because he cannot select a commander and therefore won't tier up.
The soviets really needed this commander, feels just right, the oberkommando feels kinda underwelming.

They said it was going to be in April or May, we're on the doorstep for June, and have not yet implemented this update. That in my opinion is very simple, bearing in mind that everything that will come in it already exists in the game. :steamfacepalm:

i've noticed that when Brit infantry sections are upgraded with the "Assault section" ability - the thompson's don't appear - so i have 3 soldiers wielding sten smgs and 2 firing imaginary guns! (no sound or bullet animation too)
