'Seinfeld Civilization' comic - Great Work

I know everyone's been patiently awaiting my next mod for the longest time, so here you go! I hope it was worth the wait.

This mod adds the infamous "Seinfeld Civilization" comic strip from roleplayingamer as a Great Work of Art, and Mike Kirouff as its Great Artist. Two large-breasted girls sit upon stools, apparently in some sort of circle or semi-circle with a group, as an older gentleman welcomes them to "Anarchy Anonymous" Class, where they deal with their Sid Meier's Civilization addiction. Girl #1 immediately has an outburst, proclaiming her undying hatred for the French and her inability to cease her nuclear bombardments of them. She proclaims that all French must die. "Kraimer" [sic], based on the character Cosmo Kramer from the hit TV show Seinfeld, bursts through the door and asks "Did somebody say Civilization?" Girl #1, adoration mixed with confusion in her eyes, asks him to confirm if he is indeed Kraimer [sic] from Seinfeld. He simply responds with a hearty "Giddy Up!" while stealing the viewer's eternal soul with his sudden uncanny increase in traced-ness and overall quality compared to the first 2 panels.

I would give them a shoutout but the domain in the comic seems to have long since died and it almost gave me a virus so maybe don't go there.

Also my computer froze while testing this mod so maybe that was an omen to not release this into the world. I'm sorry.
