The movie theater is a very useful tool for quickly boosting Sebastian's relationship in Stardew Valley! However, it is an endgame reward and is not available right from the start.

Basic Information

• Your character can only attend one movie per week, so be sure to plan accordingly.
  
• In order to invite an NPC, you must purchase a ticket and give it to them, which does not count as a weekly gift.
  
• Tickets cost 1,000g, and you must buy a ticket for yourself as well.

The movie choices rotate by season and year, and each movie can either be loved, liked, or disliked.

Loved Movie = +200 friendship points
Liked Movie = +100 friendship points
Disliked Movie = No friendship points gained or lost

Details: Sebastian is working on his computer. He explains that he is a freelance programmer, then he receives a message from Sam asking him if he wants to hang out. Robin walks in and says that Abigail wants to stop by and Sebastian expresses his frustration that no one takes his job seriously.

Time::11am-5pm
Details: Sebastian is working on his motorcycle in the garage. He says he hasn't shown it to you before, that sometimes he rides out of Stardew Valley and that when he saves up enough money he is going to leave forever. He then says that maybe he will take you for a ride someday, and you can answer 3 ways.

Time: When Sebastian is there
Details: Sebastian and Sam are playing Solarion Chronicles:The Game and invite you to play, stating that it's better with 3 players. You can choose 1 of 3 classes: Warrior, Healer or Wizard.
To get a perfect score:
1. Go through the front door
2. Attack then shield from the skeleton
3. Go through the left hallway with the glowing green light
4. Destroy the capsules
5. During final battle
a) Warrior: Defend your friends while the wizard is mumbling an incantation. You will be able to attack the boss
b) Healer: Heal Sebastian's wizard. Sebastian is grateful and he defeats the boss.
c)Wizard: Use shield block while the enemy is mumbling an incantation. The enemy wizard shoots a beam at Sebastian, but your shield block reflects it and hits the enemy in the face, killing it.

Location:The beach
Time:12am-11pm
Details: Sebastian is standing at the end of the boardwalk while your player walks up to him. He is surprised to see you out in the rain and says he likes this weather because it seems to make everyone disappear. He says he feels nervous around everyone, but not around you. He opens an umbrella and you both stand under it

Location:The mountains
Time:8pm-12pm
Details: Sebastian is on his motorcycle and says that he was just about to head out, but he wants to show you something. You hop on the motorcycle and he takes you to a cliff outside Zuzu City. He says he comes here when he wants to get away from things, then he turns around and starts to smoke. You have 4 dialogue options. He then kisses your character as the screen pans to the full moon.

Location: The Mountains on a rainy day
Time: Between 6am and 7pm
Details: Sebastian is near the lake looking at a bush. He says he saw an injured frog in the bush and he needs your help to get him. Your character hits the bush several times and the frog comes running out, where it is picked up by Sebastian. He comments on how the frog's foot is hurt, and then you have 4 different ways of answering before the cutscene ends.

Location: The Farmhouse the day after pt.1
Time: Between 6:20 am and 7pm
Details:You and Sebastian are standing in his spouse room in front of a large frog terrarium. He says the frog is doing better but can't go back to the wild, so he set up a terrarium for the frog. He wonders if the frog will get lonely, and you have 2 dialogue options. After he answers those, you have 3 more dialogue options. The scene ends with the frog jumping out of the cage and running away, while Sebastian jumps in surprise. After the event, a terrarium with frogs in it is permanently placed where the RPG table used to be.

Proposal Requirements

• Have the Mermaid's Pendant

The Mermaid's Pendant is purchasable for 5,000g from the Old Mariner who appears on the beach on rainy days.


TIP: Make sure to see his 10-heart cutscene before giving him the pendant!

• Have Sebastian at 10 hearts

When given a bouquet, you have the ability to advance friendship up to 10 and he will be given the title of boyfriend. You can buy bouquets from Pierre's for 200g

• Have upgraded your house at least once

Upgrading your house once allows marriage and adds a kitchen. You can buy the upgrade from Robin for 10,000g and 450 wood.

How To Marry
Once you are at 10 hearts, give him the mermaid's pendant and and in 3 days the ceremony will be held. After the ceremony he will move to the farmhouse and his room will be added inside the house and his motorcycle outside. When married, heart level can be raised to 14 hearts.





Sebastian generally has around 3 different dialogues a day at different times, depending on your heart level. Low heart level results in fewer, and a high level results in more.

A high heart level will also result in him giving you a Stardrop, which can only be given once, and does not happen if you have recieved a Stardrop from a spouse before.



On different days, Sebastian may:

• Water crops

• Feed your animals

• Fix fences

• Give you coffee

• Give you a bat wing, solar essence, dark essence, or a random gem

• On New Year's Eve he will give you Beer

On Fridays he will go to the Stardrop Saloon at 4:30 to play pool with Sam and Abigail, and on Mondays at 1:00 he will visit Robin at her shop.




If you get his friendship low, he will start to have sad or angry dialogue and sometimes stay in bed all day. On the days he stays in bed, he will ignore his schedule (i.e. going to Robin's shop or the Saloon).



When married, the first kiss of the day has the ability to remove the Exhaustion debuff, but he will refuse embraces if you have friendship level lower than 9.




TIP: Removing Exhaustion debuffs by kissing is a great way to save money on expensive Muscle Remedy!
