its a known bug that frontier knows about and said on a live stream. this is how you have to set up the armature and mesh for it to animate correctly in game. Its dumb but its the only way. On compile, the compiler will leave the mesh alone but it will rotate the armature +90 on the x axis.

Example Photo Of what needs to be done. https://gyazo.com/8ec186991ef4fb22a70db7563bf046a1 my mesh is correctly on the grid but my armature is -90 on the x axis. in blender when you rotate the armature -90 in edit mode the mesh will follow. you will have to go back in object mode and rotate the mesh back 90 on the x axis for every lod mesh. Apply rotations then export ;)

at the moment i dont know - more than happy to pass what i've got done, onto somebody if they think they can get the animation working in the tmtk upload

Is there any way to fix the animated type issue, in some sense or form?
