also, reacting leaves everything to last second, it's what slows people down and fatigue's them quickly!!!
predicting, being prepared, and planning is what wins!
"X is what gives your opponent time"
should switch out predicting and insert... hesitation, over-rushing, stealing from teammates, not interceding the opponent, etc
OR, insert "BEING predictable"
that makes hella more sense.
that way you can provide strategy on how not to be predictable.
but prediction is what paves the way to victory, so i gotta disagree with the term "prediction" being used in that context.
