So, you've reached the third chapter and encountered some strange Pixies. Unlike those you've already met, these don't speak in English (or whatever language you have set). They are speaking in dots, dashes and forward-slashes. In universe, they call it Pulse, but what does that mean?

Basically, these Pixies are all speaking Morse code. If you want a detailed description on how to read it, you're going to have to go else where. Here, I'm going to list of all characters that speak it, and give you a translation of their dialogue.

The characters who speak Pulse, in alphabetical order, are:

Hiju is one of the more complex Pixies, as they have seven different dialogue boxes. One for the first time you meet them; the others appear when they give a massive six dialogue box rant.

Juiu is relatively simple, with two boxes of dialogue when you meet him.

Luiui only has two text boxes, both when you meet them.

Niu is one of the three fairies with only one dialogue box.

Rou has two dialogue boxes when you meet them.

Weeo is another of the three pixies that only have one box.

Wiuiu has two dialogue boxes, both when you meet them.

Wuou has two dialogue boxes, and as usual, they both appear when you meet them.

Zioi has two dialogue boxes. I assume you can guess when they appear.

Zoom is the final pixie that only has one dialogue box.

Some of you also might have noticed that this guide was created six years after Knytt Underground came out. I feel this game deserves a bit more love, as it is quite good. I'm not the biggest fan of the first two chapters, but if I think of them as extended tutorials for chapter three then I don't mind so much.
