Adaptation of swimming colony to Alpha 9.
Added new storage system.
Container with controler for raw ore added, as input for the melt.
Added controler with conveyor from bearing to constructor in HQ.
Controler added as part output; Output constructor.
Repair station for HVs and SVs installed.^

Currently there is the normal swimming colony. (take pod number 4 or console command: teleport Ocean)

Anpassung der Schwimmkolonie an Alpha 9.

Controler mit Förderband vom Lager zum Konstruktor im HQ hinzugefügt.
