No mods. Could be used in survival if you wish, but needs to be pasted in creative mode. 20K PCU

Description:

I've been wanting to make a treehouse for a while. Since I couldn't find a good way to add one to the in-game trees, I made my own tree. Once the small grid survival kit was released and I could actually spawn IN the treehouse, I felt it was complete.

Features:
- Small Grid Tree
- Multi-level Structure with Ladder Ramps
- Living Room, Kitchen, Breakfast Nook, Bedroom, Dining Area, Bathroom, Bookshelf, Outer Decks
- Tire Swing

I have had this for a while .. Spawned it a few times, once just recently. I have to say that there was never a time that I have not been impressed by this build. Awesome job!
