The strengths of the Human race are fast adaptability and fierce.

The human race was only a minority in the ancient times. But since Bena, the first emperor of the Redisse Empire,

The strength of the Elf tribe is the traditional magic inherited from the ancient dragon.

In Redisse Empire, the Elf tribe’s population is small. But based on their high magical powers, they have a significant influence in the empire.

The strength of the Gray Elf tribe is their own spells and curses.

Though they do not fight at the central in battle, their colleagues will be able to fight with overwhelming combat power.

The strength of the Diel tribe is their combat ability obtained by the ancient dragon with the contract.

The Diel tribe was only a minority tribe on the outskirts in the ancient times. But they had a contract with the ancient dragon. Since then, they have a special obligation to fight the Karabajyo. They can defeat the enemy’s will from a distance. Because they have a dragon’s power beyond their small physique weakness.

HOW TO GET A MOUNT
Mount can be get through quest when you reach level 25.
You can get this quest from NPC Ghueela, the Harland Town’s Village Head.

After receiving the quest, hunt the gremlins and get the quest items. (Leather for Saddle Crafting, Ring for Saddle Crafting).

ENHACE ITEMS
What is an Enhancement
Nobody wants to keep using the same old raggedy weapon and armor through a long series of travels and adventures. The enhancement system will upgrade your weapon so that your equipment can grow in power as you grow in level. Every enhancement, however, is a risk. There is a chance that your equipment will be upgraded, in which case your item will be enhanced, grow stronger, and even gain special attributes. However, the flip side of the coin is that if it fails, your item to be enhanced will be destroyed.

Once you have upgraded your equipment a certain amount of time, even its physical shape changes. To start enhancing, you need the equipment to be enhanced, the enhancement scroll as well as the fee for enhancement.

How to Enhance Your Item
Open enchant interface :

Step 1. Move to Enhancement Slot: Drag the item you want to enhance to the enhancement slot. You can also left double click the item or right click to move it automatically to the enhancement slot. Additionally, move the enhancement scroll to the designated enhancement scroll location. You cannot put the enhancement scroll in its slot before the enhancement item has been placed.


Step 2. Press Enhance: Press the enabled Enhance button to start the enhancement process!

Think before you enhance your item! Enhancements can be risky. If the process fails, your item WILL be destroyed.


Weighing gauge 10% or more and 1 slot or more can be enchanted.

DISSASEMBLING
Disassembling is a system where you can take apart your equipment and break them down into crystals or materials. By taking the unwanted equipment and using a solvent item, you can easily separate your equipment by speaking to an alchemist NPC.

Here is some general information about the process of disassembling:

You can obtain crystals and bonus materials through disassembling.
The material output will be given according to the level of the equipment.
There is a fixed disassembling fee of 500 Florin.
Only weapons and armors can be disassembled.
To disassemble, 1 armor/weapon item, 1 solvent, and fee are required.


Disassembling Interface
Equipment to Disassemble: You can place the equipment to be disassembled here in this slot. To move it, you can left click and drag from your inventory. Or you can left double click or right click on the item in your inventory to move it over.

Basic Prize: After disassembling is completed, the solvent us automatically used and produces a basic prize. This prize is given at a 100% rate. However, it is given according to the item level and enhancement.



Bonus Prize: After disassembling is completed, one to three prize bundles are chosen randomly to be given to you


Fee: A fee of 500 Florin is needed for disassembly.

CRAFTING
Being a well equipped explorer equipped with armor in its tip top shape will give you the most protection in the wilderness. Protect yourself from the savage monsters by taking advantage of the crafting system! Make new armor to replace your outdated and broken armor by talking to a crafting NPC now!
The Crafting System
The crafting system lets you create new items by combining various materials together. The good news is, crafting always succeeds! The crafted item will be added to your inventory once you have provided all the necessary materials. The only catch is that there is a commission that you must pay the NPC for each item they craft for you.

There are Normal Craftsmen and Master Craftsmen. Normal Craftsmen helps you craft normal items with no special effects. On the other hand, there is only one Master Craftsman per town and add a special affect to the normal item crafted by the Regular Craftsmen and also converts it into a more attributed item. Crafting Interface
Item: Here you can select which specific types/categories of crafting items to look at. You can select between All, Weapon, Armor, Accessory, and Other.
Crafting List: This list shows you the different types of items you can craft. It is grouped for easy viewing into three levels. In the first level, you can select the major type (Weapon, Armor, Accessory, Material) to craft. After you have selected that, the list will expand for you to select the different types of items in that category (for example, after choosing Weapon, you will see One-handed Sword, Staff, Helm, etc.) Lastly, the third level expands for you to choose the specific item of that category (for example, after choosing One-handed Sword, you will see Iron Long sword, Dead Man's Long Sword, etc.)
Materials: Displays the essential materials and the quantity necessary to craft the selected item. If you have enough of the specific material it will display that material in white. If you do not have enough of that material, it will display it in red.
Result: Displays the result after you have given the Crafting NPC all the materials and shows you details of the resulting item.
Commission Fee: The price for the item crafting service will vary by the item type and level. It item will not be crafted when the character's Florin is over the commission fee.
Florin Amount: Displays the amount of Florin you have.
Crafting Quantity: The first number displays the number of items will craft. The second number displays the total number of items you can craft with the amount of materials you currently have. You can adjust the amount you want to craft by clicking on the arrows.
Craft All: Pressing this button will let you craft multiple items at one time.
Craft: Pressing this item will let you craft one item at a time.

Metamorph Guide

What is Metamorph?
The transformation system does not just changes the appearance but also affect the movement, attack speed and magic by what you changed into.



Metamorph Stick = One time Consumable item that transform user into a creature for 10 minutes.

Metamorph Card = Register the transformation of the creature into the Metamoprh's List permanently.

Metamorph Scroll = Consumable item that transform user into a creature for 20 minutes from the registered Metamorph List.

Thus, Metamorph Card and Scroll goes hand to hand.

Where the Metamorph Window?
You can find the Metamorph window by clicking on the Polymorph Icon OR hit the P button to open the window.





Metamorph Bookmark
This is your shortcut/hotkey to the registered Metamorph you own. You can register whichever Metamorph to appear on the Metamorph Bookmark from your List.

Metamorph Card Registration
In order to add more Metamorph to your Metamorph List, you will need to acquire a Metamorph Card.
By registering the Metamorph Card, the monster which can be transformed is displayed in color.

Metamorph Collector
Once you start collecting more Metamorph, you'll start building Polymorph Point. Which in turns, provide you the Metamorph Collector buff. The more Polymorph Points you collect the buff increases.

The transform point is added when registering a transformation card.
There are buffs depending on transform point amounts. Maximum buff grade is 6.
The buff effect is changed into next buff effect immediately when entering next level.

This buff is not removed cause of death, cancellation skill, remove button.
The buff is applied after entering the game, and no time limit.

What is a Castle Siege?

DKO's Castle Siege is the pinnacle exhibition of power in DK Online. Castle Siege is a PvP (player versus player) feature that refers to combat between guilds to hold a castle that controls a territory. In this bloody exhibition of power, guilds are required to Sign Up via the NPC waiting outside the Castle Arena and will then have to battle it out for the ability to control the Castle for YOUR Guild. Those that hold the Castle are tasked with defending it with their Guild Members' lives while other Guilds besiege that Castle with all their power.

This feat is not as easy as it sounds. When you find yourself in the heat of battle surrounded by enemies you are only left with but one thought. You can only think of surviving and defending your keep against the onslaught of those that wish to usurp you from your throne or … persevering and pushing through the walls to claim glory and acclamation for your guild.
There are currently 8 castles in Dragon Knights Online as of the beginning of Open Beta, they are: Baston, Ludiber, Halland, Labonia, Raden, Tourhut, Braden, and Ledise. Each Guild only has the ability to control One Castle and must Defend it from other Guilds in order to maintain their control over that keep. Enter your war chamber and prepare your next move carefully. Power comes with a price. What are you willing to sacrifice to attain the highest position in the land?


Castle Siege Rules
In this all out free for all the rules are simple:
Registration: In order for your guild to register, your guild will need to be a lvl 4 or higher guild and your guild leader will need to register within the allotted time for the upcoming siege. If you are found in the battleground unregistered, both sides will see you as irrelevant and you will be seen as a White Name not in PvP Mode.
Participation: Once siege has started you will notice that your enemies will be marked with a knife over their name plate. All allies will not have the marking.
Attacking: The max number of guilds that can register to attack is 25. Politics is an important part in ruling. If you make the wrong enemies you may have a horde of 25 guilds crashing through your walls.
Defending: Currently there can be 5 guilds that can defend a castle. Forge strong alliances in order to maintain dominion.
Time: All participants will have 1 hour and 30 minutes to hold their ground or slaughter the opposing enemy. If an attacking guild succeeds in inscribing the token on the statue before the allotted time is over they will need to defend the castle until the end of siege.

Applying for Siege/Defense
Interested in being involved in a massive battle where you go head to head against the best players on your server? If you are, outside of every castle you will see a messenger NPC, an ambassador if you will, for that castle. The guild leader of a lvl 4 or more castle must meet this NPC and declare their intentions. Will you aid the current holders of the castle as they attempt to fend off the attack? Or will you be the attackers trying to gain dominion over the land?

Benefits of Owning a Castle

The ultimate prize of siege warfare is winning your own guild castle. This is the ideal guild house, and a huge status symbol for your guild.

In addition to bragging rights, the guild that occupies a castle enjoys using all the castle features, as well as collecting taxes for the guild.

Castle Taxes
Once a guild has occupied a castle, they can set and collect taxes from the castle. This is an excellent way to raise money to further upgrade your guild and castle.

In order to collect taxes, the guild leader must speak with the Grand Chamberlain NPC. This will open up a list of taxing options. There are two types of taxes the guild can implement, Hunting Tax and Sales Tax


Hunting Tax
A hunting tax will take a small sum of florins out of the bounty players are rewarded for killing monsters around the castle. You can tax up to 3 florins per monster bounty.

Example: If the tax is set to 3 florins, and a player kills a monster worth 30 gold, 27 will be given to the player and 3 will be deposited directly into the guild bank.

Sales Tax
A sales tax will add a small tax to any goods or services from NPC's inside the castle. This tax is added to the base price of the goods. You can tax from 1% to 40% of the base price.

Example: If the tax is set at 5% and a player wants to buy a health potion worth 30 florins, it will be sold for 32 florins and 2 florins will be depoisted directly into the guild's bank.
BATTLE OF RUEMON
Ruemon
Realm Vs Realm battle to claim Ruemon.

Objective: Rush to the top of Ruemon and hold it against the attacking forces (Opposite Realm) for 5 minutes or till the battle ends.

When does Ruemon Occur:
1:00am, 4:00am, 7:00am, 10:00am, 1:00pm, 4:00pm, 7:00pm, 10:00pm for 30 minutes

What Ruemon Requires:
Realm Teamwork, communication, understanding, and experience. Teamanship!

Ruemon Guard
Each realms will have Guards station before and after the Respawn Point. These Guards do not move and have long range attack to shot any opposing players that comes near to the opponent spawn point.


No experience point will be lost from them.
But you will lose 100 Glory Point.

*Ruemon Guards will attack during non-Ruemon time. We are requesting a change from the Devs. But do not worry, you will not lose any exp from them. However, you will lose 100 Glory Point.

Victory Criteria
Once a realm gains control, the duration of Ruemon is reduced to five minutes. If it is uncontested for the remaining five minutes, then victory goes to the realm that has control. However, if it is contested, the time will revert back to the default time limit.

Example:
Eos gains control at 28 minutes left > time remaining changes to 5 minutes left
Eos holds control for 4 minutes, then Dion contests > time remaining reverts to 24 minutes
(30 minutes minus the 2 minutes it take to claim Ruemon and 4 minutes Eos had control)



Ruemon Challenger Buff
Buff are given to encourage players to invade the conquer area if their realm currently does not have control.

Example:
If Dione has control of Ruemon for 1 minute, all Eos realm members receive a 20% HP buff.
If Dione has control of Ruemon for 3 minutes or more, all Eos realm members receive a 50% HP buff.


Benefits for claiming Ruemon:
Claiming Ruemon will win your realm the higher buff and rewards.

Reward for Win

Battle Point: 100
Glory Point: 500 (Glory points varies on Ranks)
Ruemon's Bendediction = HP/MP Regen +10% and EXP increase 5%

Reward for Lost

Battle Point: 100
Glory Point: 200 (Glory points varies on Ranks)
Ruemon's Bendediction = HP/MP Regen +5% and EXP increase 3%

If Ruemon ended as a Draw, both Realms will receive the Reward for Lost buff.

*Only those who participate in Ruemon will gain the Ruemon Buff

FAQ:
Will I lose Experience Point?
As long you die in the Ruemon Battlefield, you will not lose any experience point.

If you have DOT (Damage Over Time) on you and ran out of the Ruemon Battlefield, you will lose experience.

Will I lose Experience Point from the NPC?
No experience will be lost when killed by the Guard.

Death Penalties
Remember to be careful as you are slaying monsters or fighting other warriors. If you die, you will lose 5% experience. If you have less than 5% experience and you die, you will drop to the lower level.

Not only does your experience drop, items are likely to drop when you die as well. You can drop any items from your equipment inventory, and you may drop a random number of them when you die.
