Pandemonium Difficulty

Pandemonium is the 8th difficulty level and one step above cataclysmic (contains realism aswell).

Things that have been changed:

-non headshots deal little damage
-nearly all infected have increased health
-the tank has now 16000 hp instead of 8000
-commons one hit the player
-max health is 50
-friendlyfire deals massive damage
-most infected are faster
-increased spawnrates
-some other small changes that are not worth writing them down seperately
