Is the Talon of the Slann Mage supposed to be crafted under the Arcane Item tab but equipped as an Enchanted Item instead?

In general a great mod. However, it seems to cause a bug in my games.
When one of my agents reaches max level, the level counter jumps from 39 to 51.
It doesn't matter where this mod is in the mod load order. As soon as I remove this mod from my mod list, my agents level to 40 as normal.

Owner of mod said/wrote that he/she/person is a heretic and wont support human kind in modding and any other way xD ....but also it is written that we can take care of it ourselfes :WHII_Dominate:
