The three height-maps from the game files coloured in - nothing fancy.
North is up on the maps, and it's along the northen coast lines that you will find the portal to the next islands.
Haven't added buildings, ruins, cotton farms, woodlands, towers, lava, hotsprings, ores, or any such yet.

Snowmere
Snowmere is the first island.
You spawn on the southern coast line.
Freydalyn
The Snowmere portal is on the southern hook of this map.
The portal to Jormungahr is almost due north from here, at the northern coastline.
There is a dungeon that can be used as a shortcut between the southwestern part of the map to the northeast.
Jormungahr
The portal from Freydalyn is in the southeast of this map.
Head due north into this volcanic mountain to get your first silver and gold.

I've edited these maps with a few more details, for those who want or need em, not nearly as good as he did on these but I tried, uploaded them as a guide if you any of you guys wanna check it out.

The fourth giant is near the portal
you have to kill draug
then open the first portal
there you will find the last giant you kill it
then one by one open all the portals with runes of forest giants
(also kill the elementals for their living ice, you need it to open the portals)

I only remember where three of them are on Freydalyn, one in the north-east, one near the dungeon in the west, and one east-north-east of the southern portal to Snowmere.

Would love to know where those wood giant's live. I've killed 3 and cannot find the 4th to advance to the 3rd island. Great work btw!

I probably won't add additional details as I haven't played the game since uploading the maps. As far as I am concerned, they're public domain, so you're free to do with them as you like.
