D-Day (Updated for 1.11 No Step Back !)

This mod starts on June 6th, 1944. After years of Axis rule over Europe the Allies have landed in Normandy. Meanwhile Italy is almost completely liberated from Fascism, and a powerful Soviet Union is pushing the Axis back in the East. In the Pacific, Japan struggles to hold on to its vast Empire as it comes under intense pressure from the Allies.

Will you liberate the world from fascism or try to reverse a hopeless situation as the Axis?

When you start the mod please select the 1944 start date. The main difference between this mod and the 1944 Endsieg scenarios is that this one focuses on an accurate representation of the macro of the war. The USA is as overpowered compared to Germany as it was in 1944, it alone can outproduce all Axis nations combined. Meanwhile the micro OOB of individual units is not historically accurate, but major countries have a realistic amount of units in relation to each other.
