Drop Container Chute Deploy 750 for 1.189+

Update: refreshed prefabs from vanilla, set parachute deploy height again to 750, and removed the lines that made some blocks on the drop containers belong to the player that started the game in single player.

Quick Mod to set the Parachute Deploy Height in the Drop Containers to 750m for the new drop containers in 1.189, as they now come with the new 1x1x1 small battery. These were originally set at 200m deploy height, still not sure if this is sea level or terrain height.

750m should help them land better on thinner atmosphere planets like Mars, and also in the mountanous areas on Earth/Alien and other similar planets, speed mods, and will also help with the Chute deploy delay that has been observed on servers since the MP update of 1.187 :)

this obviously not compatible with other Drop Container mods that alter the vanilla Drop Containers :)
