how do i use it i cant figure it out?

I've been messing around with this mod and it doesn't seem to be compatible with modded items. Is there a way to fix this or is it a bug in the mod?

and it has happened over and over again.

i used isaac, and when i give myself an item for it to be, it becomes D6???

I like the "simply pick up an item and all others are replaced", makes the run random
but what if I get an active item? Does all other items change into this active item?

I guess maybe people are having trouble with this? If you press the ` key right underneath the esc key, it will open a terminal. Then enter giveitem (Item name) and it will give it to you. (for example, if you wanted the item to be succubus, enter: giveitem succubus.) If you have a character that spawns with an item, you can remove that item with "remove" the same way you would give it. I am pretty sure you have to do this after you give yourself the item for it to work
