Beijing courtyard house or Siheyuan is a historical type of residence that was commonly found throughout China, most famously in Beijing and rural Shanxi. In ancient times, a spacious siheyuan would be occupied by a single, usually large and extended family, signifying wealth and prosperity. (from Wikipedia[en.wikipedia.org])

This subscription contains 5 RICO residential low density buildings. Basic layout of the buildings is the same, but they have some differences in their texture, roof details and entrance gate.
