NSI Outpost N-11 (BA)

The NSI Outpost N-11 is a Noa|m Space Industries Base.

"Cheap" and well defended base i use as an outpost when i first start exploring the solar-systems planets and moons.
It was created on an Arid planet, and made to blend in with that terrain.

Purpose of the base is to be a place to repair/restock and unload your HV/SV as you explore/take over the planet.
There is a place for the repairbay both on the SV landingpad and in the HV-hangar, just pick up and move around as necesary.

Changed the T2 repair-bay back to a T1 before i made it a BP since that was how i originally made it in my survival-game. The T2 i use now was found in a POI as loot.. and those are pretty common, so just go find one :D
Could make it cheaper to produce and accesible earlier by using less solar capacitors, smaller fuel tanks etc, but by the time this base is "needed" you would normally be over level 12 and have the materials needed.

If you want to make it into a starterbase, just go into creative and remove some equipment,save and enjoy :)
