UPDATE 5/22/2019!!!
Decided to add horns and diesel bells, therefore switching this from a steam only pack, to both steam and diesel, hence the typical "Train Soundpack" name change.

Original description:
Explanation for this pack: a while back I was cleaning up some ♥♥♥♥ on my computer and I accidentally deleted the original file for Phil's Bells and Whistles Pack which basically renders it useless to update.

However all the original sounds from that pack are still there, but new sounds will go here.

Hope you enjoy this pack, which will feature bells, whistles, various steam sounds, and meme sounds to ♥♥♥♥ with. Yes, i'm looking at you Thundercode ;)
