You two again?,He isn't breaking any rules for the last time, in fact the rules you posted actually defend op and prove hes not breaking any rules. It states clearly the no reupload rule only covers VIDEOS, as in the video/streaming platform part of the workshop, not the ingame content platform.

I'll tell you again, you can't copyright rigging a model for a specific game unless you OWN the game and the IP, if I grab a model from Megadimension Neptunia VII and rig it for garrysmod that does not mean I own the content, however if I make a model from scratch, then rig it I would have some grounds but it would still not be enough to cover me claiming "its my property" if I'm still using someone else's registered intelectual property.

Porting models and rigging them unfortunately for you is not considered "work" according to the workshop rules unless you made the model from scratch, so you can stop harassing every person who uploads the neptunia models now.

Krystal , the models aren't going anywhere stop making threats, OP has no reason to delete this.

1. This breaks 0 rules of the Workshop TOS or the Steam online conduct rules, the person who previously uploaded the models does not own the characters or the models since they where ripped from the game and are still property of Compileheart.

This means anyone who isn't Compileheart has no grounds to issue a DMCA take down, or force you to take this down.

2. The models the original uploader used were stolen to begin with since they are property of Compileheart, OP is not stealing someone else's work, you can't DMCA rigging a Valve Biped model, if you wanted to do that you would have to copyright the entire model of a character that is already property of another entity (GL with explaining to Compileheart in court on why you own their property).

The model is staying, and if OP does take it down I'm legally allowed to reupload them.

I'm genuinely pissed off the Creator deleted all his/her models AGAIN, after I kindly asked him/her not to do it again last year. Luckily I took precaution backed up the .gma's and saved links in case it would ever happen again.

As of a few days ago, he/she wiped their profile clean and deleted everything, ending off with changing their name to "Dead" and the profile became privated.

The following models I was subbed to got deleted -

Nepgear Playermodel/NPC
MAGES Playermodel/NPC
Neptune Playermodel/NPC (Old one from original HDN)

publishing to workshop is painful, so if you have them please do reupload them so I don't have to.

The original addon was deleted from the workshop.
