@ZzZz Tyvm for your tip, I play winter maps too so I'll keep this in mind, and re-enable the building after playing the winter maps I have.

@Axolen to place any asset from Workshop grab Rico Plopper mod, I'll post it for you here. Then you go to the right category; this one says for example: Residential low-density, and then you may place it down. It may grow naturally too on 1x1 Residential (read description of this page) but not all assets grow naturally so you can use Rico Plop mod to set them down manually.

:steamfacepalm: Heads up - I used this asset in a winter snowfall environment and it caused bad flickering of everything around it. When I deleted this house, everything went back to normal... This was happening in 3 different sections of my city and by deleting this one house in each area of the flicker, my problem was solved...

It couse problems: when you create the residential area everything works fine, the bulding appears.

But when you delete the residential area for make "commercial" or "high residential area" the building still there and you need to delete one by one with the bulldoze

This mens that this building has RICO settings. Any growable w/ RICO settings will not level up and will dezone the area it's on. Try deleting the house's RICO settings in the respective mod's panel.
