Why is the sniper scope missing texture?

I have validated files, cleared my cache, i have reinstalled the packs, but i can see the DC17m Red version. BUT i cant see the shotgun, or the Sniper, or The Anti Armour

Could you see if you can make just one weapon, and have it change into a shotgun/Sniper/Explosives? Like in lore. I understand if its not possible.
