TTT RC Manhack (kyokyoedit)

This an edit of https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1377883019 to be more balanced. I did this because I was trying to find good T-weapons for my TTT server and thought this had potential. However, I think you might like it too, so I decided to throw it up on the workshop. Dem, if you don't like this, feel free to tell me to ♥♥♥♥ off and I will.

Here's what's changed:

- The manhack now moves generally faster. The normal speed is now the old sprint speed, and the new sprint speed is 2x the new normal speed.
- Probably due to the weapon originating outside of TTT, the sprint key is Left SHIFT, the same key as traitor chat. Good job. I decided to simplify the weapon a bit and just make it so charging with left click makes the manhack sprint.
- The manhack also deals generally more damage. The new normal damage is now the old charge damage, and the new charge damage is 3x the new normal damage. I thought the manhack was UP in terms of damage, so that's why I did this. I might have to rein the damage back a bit tough, I'm not sure. Let me know in the comments.

If you feel like you can do a better job than me, feel free to edit my version of the addon. Just make sure to credit BOTH CREATORS; don't try to pass it off as your own. If you do that, I'll break into your house and delete System 32 from your computer.
