Hive Minds can build Ecumenopolises

解説
Want to be able to build an ecumenopolis but can't because you're a hive mind? Yeah me too.

This mod allows hive minds to take an ascension perk to build ecumenopolises just like every other normal country.


To give the hive mind ecumenopolises more utility I added one additional district type called the Synapse Junction. It operates similarly to the leisure district.

I also changed the civilian factory district:
Hive minds will have a new district in replacement which provides 10 agri-drone jobs for more food production. Given hives only have a need for food and some buildings operate off of food for upkeep, I deemed this was an appropriate replacement, though probably not perfectly balanced.

Is the mod balanced? Nah probably not. I don't expect hive minds were supposed to have this ability since they have hive worlds anyways. But hey I wanted the ability to do this so here we are.

Mod Compatibiltiy
I had to change the vanilla file:
01_arcology_districts

I tried to not alter any vanilla files, but I hit a wall where I couldn't really do it without this one. There will likely be compatibility issues with other mods that rework arcology districts in this case.

No more possible update please ?
The launcher doesn't want to load it:
"This mod is missing the descriptor file. Please contact the author of this mod."
If you doesn't update anymore, can you write in the description of the mod "End Of Life" Please :)

I'd prefer keeping them seperated. The're both meant to be compatible with each other so there shouldn't be any issues with having them both. I'd rather stick to 2 mods than make it 3 tbh.
