A.B.A.T.H.U.R Scripted AI chip

Adds Abathur, the Master of Evolution from StarCraft II as an AI chip for Scripted AI Mod. This is only a mod conversion. Instead of replacing S.A.I.L., it adds Abathur as an AI chip.

If you don't have Scripted Artificial Intelligence Lattice mod, then this one here is useless for you.

Known issues:
- There are no custom radio messages, AKA the ones you get during a mission or quest. This is due a limitation with the Scripted AI mod and there is nothing I can do about it. However, if someone knows a workaround that does not involve overwriting the messages, regardless of which chip is in there, please let me know.
