VAC Ban Notifier (Chat)

Be notified when a player with a VAC ban or Game ban joins your server!

- Console message notifying when a VAC or Game banned player joins your server.
- Announce in chat to specific players on your server when VAC or Game banned players join.
- Configurable timeout for broadcasts (per-player) so no one can spam connect messages.
- Choose to only announce players with bans or all players so banned players don't feel so bad.

vac_announce_mode 0 - Notify everyone.
vac_announce_mode 1 - Only notify admins.
vac_announce_mode 2 - Only notify super admins.
vac_announce_mode 3 - Only notify server console.
vac_announce_timeout 0 - Disable waiting period between announcements.
vac_announce_timeout 300 - Waits 5 minutes in-between announcements. (Per-Player)
vac_announce_everyone 0 - Only announce players with bans.
vac_announce_everyone 1 - Announce all players.

"VAC stands for Valve Anti-Cheat, an automated system designed to detect cheats installed on users' computers. If a user connects to a VAC-Secured server from a computer with identifiable cheats installed, the VAC system will ban the user from playing that game on VAC-Secured servers in the future."
