Solar Control Tower

This is a solar-only version of the Control Tower.

The solar is kind of weak so the O2 and Ventilator are shut off by default.

It's empty except for a very small bunker section with the core, O2 tank, and solar capacitors.

The top can be used as a small turret mount or you can put decoration there (like a radar or antennas).

It's primarily cosmetic and isn't designed for any special game purpose.

Use PgDn to spawn this with the underground section underground as intended.
