While noticeably older graphics-wise, this game is very cute and enjoyable for the <10 hours it takes to beat it. My final playtime is a little inflated. There are a bunch of area-specific achievements, so use the guide below for help locating everything.

I loved this game after playing Darksiders 1 & 2 (original/definitive editions). Note that there are 4 MISSABLE achievements that would require a second playthrough.
  • Death Incarnate - Complete the Game on APOCALYPTIC (difficulty)
  • For Whom the Bell Tolls - During the Lust fight, do not kill the phase 2 character
  • Demon Meddler - find the optional boss at the top of a tower in Scar BEFORE killing Pride
  • A Parting Meddler - choose to fight Abraxis and spare The Lord of Hollows

Additionally, you'll need to be careful that you use your upgrades wisely for:
  • Balance in all things - Upgrade 5 Enhancements to Balanced
    - Be selective in which enhancements you upgrade as there are limited artifacts

  • Take it to the limit - Upgrade Any Weapon to Max level
    - There are only 3 adamantine chunks for upgrading a weapon to max

  • Soul Reaper - Collect 1,000,000 souls
    - I waited to shatter most of my clusters until end-game. This made going for this achievement fairly easy as you can just die, pick up lurchers, die, pick up lurchers, repeat.

Video Guide
After beating the game, you'll need to farm for Beast Mode - Kill 666 enemies in Havoc Form.
I used a tactic similar to that shown by SweetJohnnyCage in his video.

Use the Obscurus (active), Enoch (passive), and Chaos (passive) enhancements to speed up Havoc generation.

Great stealth FPS that I wasn't expecting to enjoy as much as I did. Fantastic story which made it all the more interesting. This game's achievements can be finicky and I ended up having to do 3 playthroughs to get all of them.

Below are the achievements I had trouble getting and recommend you keep an eye on.
  • Gun Nut - fully upgrade a weapon.
    - I didn't come across all the upgrades naturally, so make sure you track them down.

  • Pacifist - Complete [the game] without anyone dying by your hand. (Boss fights don't count).
    - This achievement failed the first time for me. Use the guide below for a list of Do's and Don'ts. I don't know how I failed my first attempt.

  • Foxiest of the Hounds - Complete [the game] without setting off any alarms.
    - This achievement also failed for me twice. Beware quick-loading to reset alarms.

  • Deus Ex Machina - Experience all the different endings that [the game] has to offer.
    - In the final area, save both Taggart and Sarif before the final boss. Save before/after the boss and reload to see each of the four endings.

  • Factory Zero - You survived Hei Zhen Zhu and Rifleman Bank Station using no Praxis kits, weapons, grenades or mines. Whoa.
    - I recommend doing this area once before attempting this achievement. Here's a direct link to the part in the guide where this is covered.

This game was a surprise enjoyment for me. The collectibles (lights, nomes, and bottles) can be done on the first playthrough if you use a guide (like below) to look ahead. The guide does a good job of not spoiling story details.

The hardest achievement for me was Hard to the Core: Finish the game in less than an hour. The first time I finished a no-death run, my time was 1:00:24. Close, but no cigar. My final time after a few more runs was 46 minutes. So, when doing your run, focus on not dying rather than saving time.

Chapter 1 - Run. No real enemies, so focus on saving time during this chapter.
Chapter 2 - Take time to learn when you can walk/run on carpet. Little time saves here and there will help.
Chapter 3 - You can actually run through suspenseful parts of this level due to background noise.
Chapter 4 - I had to focus more on the button presses for jumping and holding onto swinging objects. There are many chances to die, so take your time with this level and relax.
Chapter 5 - A straightforward level with only a few spots where you can die. Lots of running.

I absolutely loved this game. It was so much fun to complete and repeat levels for the speedrun achievement. It was difficult, but very rewarding to get the levels done quickly and without dying. For full details see my guide linked below.

Mr. Shifty is a straight-forward 100%. There are no missable achievements since all stages can be replayed indefinitely. The hardest achievements are the Challenge achievements, completing every level with 0 deaths and beating the dev speedrun time. This game took me 15 hours to 100%, but can theoretically be beaten in 4 hours.

I recommend going for the collectibles on your first run so that you don't have to do a second playthrough of the levels. Every level is replayable, so focus on the collectibles and the killing achievements to start.
