Hi! Here's my bigger and i think best work so far.
I hope you'll like it and if you do, don't forget to leave a thumbs up, if you don't leave a comment and i will try to fix the things you don't like.

FEATURES:

I've increased the resolution of many of the signs you can encounter in the game. Most of them where 128x128, i've made them at 512x512 or 1024x1024 depending on the size of the sign and his level of detail.
I've tried to keep them as similar as possible to the vanilla ones.

There are still a few ones missing. I've decided to release it anyway so you can still enjoy this ones (right now they're 26).
