Another problem I faced and figured was that if you have multiple mods you have to have a space after the comma.
For example not: 2213355376,764432700
But: 2213355376, 764432700
You need to change the map from the server window with a command. Can't remember what is the command for track changing, but in the command, you use the same track file/folder names as explained in the guide.
You can check all commands by typing only "?" on the server window.

Some mods require players to enable the mod which is in use on the server. If I remember correctly, texture mods can be enabled on a client but not on a server. But it may be that camera angle mod is the kind of mod that requires enabling both on client and server.
It's been a while when I last time ran a dedicated server :D

but if i try to join with aktiv mod, it´s say´s not matching client or data. and if i join without aktiv mod, no problem. but no maps there.
