Zinn mods: militarized AI

This mod reduces the time for new units joining the unit pool for the AI. Further the AI has uncapped spending pools, so big AI nations will recruit much more units and build more buildings. It will not hoard unused money, like before.

Peasant: - 2 Turns
Retinue: - 3 Turns
Elite: -4 Turns

This mod makes the AI a little better.

This mod is tested in many campaign saves of mine and it worked on all of them. If this mod doesn't work for you, please test it without any other mod enabled and press the end turn button once! (Some mods need the end turn script to get properly activated, even after starting a new campaign!)
