improved Helicopter Altitude Hold+ | Dual-Mode, Tweakable, 3*2

The logic is based on Tajin's Altitude hold Shoutout, to him.

-This is a "pass-through controller" it will take your up/down input signal, modify it and put it back out
- Dual mode: Hold Current Height and Hold Target Height (Target Height has priority over current height)
- Multiplier aswell as PID Settings in its settings tab
- Size: 3*2

That's it, should be easy to use. Works great for big choppers.
