I am not sure, this game been out a long time maybe not supported even,
i'd try letting steam validate the games files and sub to some workshop stuff first.

I've been using the Steam version

None of this will work for the Mobile version of this game, or the GOG version, only the steam version has this ability.

No matter how many times I subscribe and unsubscribe from things, and close and load up the game again, nothing ever appears.

So, I do the thing on downloading content, but some stuff just doesn't show up for some reason. Most of that stuff being the stuff I really want. I unsubscribe and resubscribe to no avail..
